Please arrive at the Victoria Park Boat Ramp 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking. Our friendly team will greet you and run through a comprehensive safety and navigation briefing to ensure you’re confident and ready for your journey.
Free parking is available right at the boat ramp. It’s convenient and only a short walk to where your boat will be waiting.
No boat licence? No worries! The nominated driver must have a valid car licence and a 0.00 blood alcohol level. Before you depart, we’ll give you a full induction, including a hands-on run-through of the boat’s controls, navigation charts, and safety equipment. We’ll also help plan your route and point out some great spots to visit along the river.
Fuel is included in your hire price for both our boats. No need to top up or stress, just enjoy the ride!
We recommend bringing a valid car licence, food, drinks, sun protection, swimwear, towels, insect repellent, and a jumper in cooler weather. Our pontoon includes a fridge/freezer, and you can add a BBQ for $30.
At the end of your hire, please return the boat to the launch point by the agreed time. Our team will assist with docking and a quick check-in to wrap up your booking. We’ll also be happy to hear how your trip went and offer any help you need getting back on the road.
